3 months old today!!
I can't believe my little peanut is already so big! We love her so much and are enjoying everything about her! She's such a good baby...sleeping 6 hour stretches at night on a consistent basis and is very happy most of the time. I can't help smiling when I look at her, and she always smiles back!

These are the cutest socks ever!! They look like shoes, have a little 'bling' on the side and say "Sweet Heart" on the bottom. Ahhh...

Lindsie's Room

Many of my friends have asked to see Lindsie's room, so here it is! I've had lots of fun putting it together and still have some projects in mind to do when the weather's warmer.
Although she's not sleeping here at night, we do get some use out of it at nap time.

Almost there!

Lookin' cute and showin' some personality...

Whitney and Abbie after the Hannah Montana 3D concert Movie! It was actually really good. I already know all the songs from listening to the CD in the car, and couldn't stop myself from singing along. Whitney and I decided we should really try and go to the live concert next time it's in town.
Rockin out to Hannah's music after the show...

Acting silly...Whitney now feels like she is big enough to hold Lindsie on her own and carry her around. Yikes! We let her, but definately not without some adult supervision.

January 27th - Blessing Day

What a special day for our family! We were lucky and blessed with cooperative weather so that our family could be with us. Thanks to all of you for your attendance, love and support!! Lindsie received her name and a wonderful blessing from her daddy. He did a great job despite his nervousness with the large crowd for a missionary report and presence of a member of the 70. Memories were made, and I will always remember that my sweet baby girl was blessed the day our beloved prophet, Gordon B Hinkley passed away.

Whitney with Great Grandpa and Grandma Dastrup who drove from Logan to be with us!

Diamonds may be precious, but Daughters are PRICELESS!!

Happy Birthday Mommy!

January 19th: Chris surprised me with a massage the afternoon of my birthday. It was wonderful!! Later that day he took me to a movie at the Gateway and then to a delicious steak dinner at Flemings. I haven't had such a nice dinner and eaten so much in a LONG time! Thanks to my parents for tending the girls so that I could enjoy my birthday and alone time with Chris!
I really want a cute picture of our family! We had Sunday diner with my family at my parents house to celebrate my birthday, and then tried to get a good picture of the four of us. It was a good effort, but not exactly what I was hoping for.

Lindsie won't smile in a group shot, but give her the stage and she'll shine! Love the chubby cheeks!

Just for FUN!

This picture makes me smile! It's cute, but also a little reminiscent of ET.

Hangin' out with Whitney in her room...
Kodak moments of Lindsie's cute personality...

2 months old

Tubby time...
At only 2 months old, Lindsie is such a happy smiley baby with lots of personality. She loves to lay on our bed and smile and "talk" to the ceiling fan. So funny!

A little snooze after her 2 month check up and shots. Little did I know this was going to be her only quite time for the rest of the day! Whitney was so worried about her with all her crying, that she finally called in for reinforcements...nana & papa!

Gotta love a happy baby!!

Christmas time!

Lookin' cute and chillin' in her new stroller.

Santa brought Lindsie and new "lightweight" stroller to take to Disneyland in the spring!

American Girl Bitty Baby from Mommy and Daddy for the best helper and BIG Sister!

Santa wrapped everything up this year so there would be no peeking...Whitney was ready and waiting to get started and see what he brought. This year will be remembered for lots of Littlest Pet Shops and the wii.
Chris, prepairing his salt roasted prime rib. Last year we didn't use enough salt...but not this year!!

Christmas Eve - Hannah Montana Barbies from Nana & Papa...

This is how Lindsie spent her Christmas eve while we opened gifts...warm and cozy in her seat!

Whitney loves her Papa...

Lindsie's first big smiles!! So cute!!

Chris and Whitney building and decorating a ginger bread house. Whitney was thrilled with her beautiful finished product. She loves to do crafts and activities and create things!

A visit from the Sample girls...Danielle, Adrian, and Chris (not pictured). I can't believe how beautiful and grown up they are. I used to babysit them when they were my girls ages! Wow, I'm old!!
